Meet Your Chief

Dan King was appointed Chief of Ringgold Police Department January 23, 2025. He has served this department since February 2021. Since then, he has implemented new community policing strategies, which he believes starts with better communication, internally and with the public. He has made strides to keep the community involved at every level and worked in partnership with residents, businesses, and stakeholders to keep your neighborhoods and businesses safe.
